Level 1 – Street level
4 car garage with internal access.

Level 2 - Entry level
From the entry foyer take the west corridor to 3 very large bedrooms all opening onto a full length balcony overlooking the lagoon, and 2 full size Bathrooms.
Bedroom 3 has a King Size bed, and Bedrooms 4 and 5 both have 3 king-single beds
Or straight ahead to the cinema room with full HD video projection 120" [304cm] screen with CD.DVD/Blue Ray and Surround Sound .Foxtel available. 

Your own private steam room seating 12 people and additional showers and toilet. The laundry and the cool room are also on this level.

Level 3 – beach level
This luxury holiday accommodation has three relaxation lounge areas – beach lounge overlooking the beach, the centre lounge with a 50” Plasma TV with CD/DVD/Blue Ray / Surround Sound and another foxtel connection, and the terrace relaxation area set up with another TV and X-Box games console. .
The two main lounges share have a two way open fire making it very cosy in the winter months.

The new stylish  kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

Level 4 - Penthouse level
Two large staterooms each with King size beds, full en-suite bathrooms walk in robes, and wide veranda overlooking the beach.

For those who need to keep in touch while on holiday there is a study area on this level with internet  Wi-Fi facilities.
