Central Coast Bushworks offers Abseiling for everyone – no experience necessary.  You can do an introduction to abseiling The beginner's course includes a lot more detail about how a rope is put together as well as knot tying and anchoring ropes.  The advanced course is for those who are ready to pursue abseiling as a recreational sport, which includes learning how to climb back up the rope.  Phone (02) 4363 2028 for bookings.
