Kew or in port Macquarie.

Sea Acres Rainforest Centre
72 hectares of rare coastal lowland rainforest adjacent Shelly Beach and
Miners Beach. There are 1.3 kilometres of elevated boardwalk, guided tours, an enviro theatre and ecology display, a rainforest cafe and gift shop (02) 6582 3355.

Limeburners Creek Nature Reserve
Coastal heath lands characterised by banksias, blackbutt wetlands and small patches of rainforest. The area is ideal for bird watching, swimming, surfing, canoeing, bushwalking and fishing. (02) 6584 2203.

 
Tacking Point with its lighthouse

One of the outstanding features of the Port Macquarie coastline. The headland marks the end of a great coastal walk from Nobby's Hill.
